Hi, I did not serve the notice period of my company due to health reasons also had an argument with my manager as she was not ready to give me sick leaves. Now my manager has come to me saying I need to give it in writing that I have resigned and do not wish to serve notice period. Will this put me into some legal trouble or any type of payroll recovery?
