Hi All,
I have three months of notice period but I am willing to serve only two months notice period but my Employer is asking me to pay 6 months salary if not serving the notice period.
I said to them I am ready to serve two months then take one month salary but they are not ready for that. also in my offer letter, nothing like that mentioned.
so I want to know, Is it legal to ask 6 months salary when the notice period is only 3 months?
what legal action I can take against them?
