Hi I worked joined a company in the month of November 2017,I was sick in the month of December and was hospitalized due to typhoid,In the MOU in was promised medical insurance.when I asked the hr for medical insurance they told that they have not paid my insurance,later when I was discharged I sent them the bill for reimbursement,hr calls me the next day and told me that I was relieved from my services due to non performance,I asked them to show the pip or pap or any warning letter that I have signed.they did not respond me to any emails,I put it to the JCL.first they said it was because of absenteeism I was relieved ,later they said that it is because of non performance and now they are saying that I absconded .need help in this
