I worked in a company for one month and 9 days.
My DOJ is 24-06-2019 and my last working day was on 04-07-2019.
Actually i took leave on 05-07-2019 due some un avoidable personal reasons which was already communicated to my superior.
But 06-07-2019, i was unable to go for duty due to the same reason, the same has been messaged him but i dint call and asked him for the permission.
Monday(08-07-2019) i took unauthorized leave, and tuesday(09-07-2019) i came to office and but my superior was on 3 days leave.He asked me to see on monday(15-07-2019) without saying any reason.
finaly I met him on 16-07-2019 and he said I have to relocate to near to the office area and monay ie on 22-07-2019 can rejoin.
But after 2 days he called me and post is no need to continue.that means i have been terminated.
But these all conversations all by tele calls..but there is no physical evidence.
But I handed over my all company belongings and now almost 40 days is over .they did not pay my 6 days salary.
My question is... am I eligible for 30days compensation from the employer as they terminate me.
My contract written..if i resign i have to give 30 days notice period and if it is immediate termination..30days compensation to employee .
Please advise me in this regard
