Hello, I was working in Insurance company for 11 years. My supervisor forced me to resign in system but I didn't. Now my company has terminated me stating as per employment contract your service is terminated and will pay you 3 month salary in lieu of notice period.
I got the opportunity in another Company and but their HR has asked my previous employer for termination reason in mail but previous HR is not responding.
What should I do?? Will previous employer provide me Experience and Relieving Letter??
