Does 80 days in 12 months counts earned leaves and sick leaves in maternity benefit act

I joined an IT firm on 29th June 2019. I was 2.5 months pregnant then. My expected delivery date is 24th December. I worked till 1st of August 2019, then due to emergency surgery I had to take leave without salary for some time. So I joined on 29th June and went office regularly till 1st August. Then from 2nd August to 8th August, I applied for my Sick leaves and earned leaves. From 9th August to 12th September, I was on leave without salary. I joined back on 13th September, now because of sickness, I am planning to go to office regularly till 16th of October and then avail my sick leaves and earned leaves and will go on maternity leave from 4th of November. Will my sick leave and earned leaves be counted for 80 days. Please let me know.
