Hi everyone,
I put my resignation on 1st Jan and got approval from my manager for the same with 30 days notice to serve but unfortunately I had to leave after 15 days of serving the notice.
I was not in condition to serve notice at that time so I asked them to grant me some leave but they deny asked me to wrote a mail.
While leaving midway I wrote them a mail stating that I'm taking my resignation back and asked for 15 days leave which they granted but unfortunately I could not make it back to the organisation.
Now its been 8 month since then.
Plz can anyone share his view on this, that what are legal or humble or anyway to ask for the relieving.
Pc: they didn't send me any termination or warning mail about my where abouts.
