I joined my company on oct 2018 and i got bonus as per 8.33% for next 6 month before financial year closed. Otherwise my other office staff. Joined on july 2018 and they got bonus as per 20% for the next 9 month. My company probation period is 8 months. I want to know that is it possible the biggest difference between employees bonus is for probation period.
