How is the gratuity calculated? [{(last drawn basic / 26) x 15} x no. of years of service
"Last drawn basic" means - is it last month payslip basic or basic mentioned in ctc?
Will it differ from company to company or all companies follow the same rule on which basic should be considered?

Would like to know if a person in pvt limited co will be eligible for gratuity after continous service of 5years. The employment agreement does not show any specific retirement benifits As well The company has a strength of only 5 employees. In such case will the employee be eligible
