Me joined in commercial bank as Management Trainee Position offered with a position "officer" after confirmation which was "Executive Officer" (a one level higher position than officer) in case previously recruited batch. My query is if management again reinforce the EO after confirmation in next batch of MTO circular, does it will impact us ?since we were also hired as MTO .
Besides there was a clause in appointment letter that any changes in hr will impact us.
Help me out to know please what will happen to our bath based on scenerio above.
