One of our employee just resigned, after getting the incremented salary. Can we rollback his next salary to previous salary for the upcoming notice period of two months? The minimum period to stay in company after appraisal is not mentioned anywhere in appraisal letter or offer letter.
Also the appraisal was already 2 months late and we promised arrears to be paid for these 2 months. Can these 2 arrear will also be rolled back?
