I have already post my query earlier too, my case is that I was working with a Technology Company for last 14 years, I have recently switched from there. As per the company policies I have serve full 90 days notice as per the date when I put my resignation, the resignation was acknowledged by my HR too, but in between the notice period management update me that your resignation is rejected ( reply comes after a month posting my resignation), asked me to withdraw, I don't reply to the email as I was not accepting, when I discuss with my HR that what Will be my f&f , Leaves Encashment value, she update that you have not replied to that resignation rejection email,hence your resignation period will start from current that, I try to make them understand that I am already serving the 90 days notice and already committed to the next organisation for joining,hence cannot accept the extended notice period.
Now my HR is not releasing my last month salary and my Leaves Encashment showing that it will compensate on behalf of short notice.
Kindly suggest me how to settle the situation as they are only releasing my Gratuity.
