Dear sir, I am working with one of the NBFC , As per my appointment contract it is written that after confirmation of service in a company the company has a right to terminate you by giving 90 days notice period or 90days gross salary in lieu to the notice period. In case the company terminated you due to unethical or mis code of conduct that there will be no liability on the company. Incase you decide to resign from your current job then you have to serve 90 days notice period
My question is as follows
I resigned on 16 Feb 2020 and I got an official mail that your last working date is 13 June 2020 (6pm)
But my manager is asking and forcing me to take early leave ...
What can I do in this matter. Kindly support me by your valuable feedback.
