Hi sir, I am 2017 passed out. The employer and joined in an MNC for 3 years bond for bond breakage 2 lakhs.
I served for 31/36 months. I got an offer from government sector. So I resigned after due intimation to HR and manager about this. But the HR is asking me to pay full 2 lakhs. I requested HR to waive off bond for 5 months. But they are not listening.
I served full notice period and exited. Now they are sending me mails to pay amount in full and final settlement.
Even my salary what I received is pathetic when compared to paying 2 lakhs. It will be almost my 1 year salary if I pay 2 lakhs.
I don't need service letter. Can I ignore the mails. I am afraid of legal action. Will that effect my future job?
