I got a show cause notice because i got into a argument with the customer as they were speaking ill about my family and my mother!

“Your mother should die”, was what the customer wrote and i got Emotional and wrote and got into a argument, i know i should have ignored it being new in the chat department of the company i am unaware of how to handle situations like this and i am emotional about my mother and family so i reacted i shouldn’t have i know but the damage was done and i myself escalated the issue with the superiors so that they are aware of such customers behavior, customer was not trusting and not understanding about the pandemic and said that i was lying to him, and started abusing me working from home surrounded by my family members made me emotional and i snapped and reacted the very moment i knew what i did was wrong,

I have got a show cause what should i do?

I really need my job i am the only person earning at home out of 4 people Plus the crisis of covid-19
