Hi All, When I company joined , notice period was 1 month. but company increased their notice period to 2 month and then 3 month for some employees. And forcefully ordered for sign on three month before increment. For incremented salary and my personal responsibility , I was signed.
Now I have resigned and agree to complete the notice period 90 days. But company suddenly release to me before eight day of completion of notice period in lockdown. I told him for 8 days salary because I can't join another place and bound with current company.
Also I have completed more than 5 years in company so I was send a mail for pending 8 days salary and gratuity amount. Now company legal consultant is threaten to me for another case.
How can I handle and where I should start complain against it. How to give answer to legal consultant if he blame on me.
I have following document:-
1) Salary slip
2) Re leaving latter
3) Proper deduction of PF
