Hired me an MNC for a permanent post , from October 28,2019 and fired me for the reason that , I could not Cleared the assessment successfully, second time , but all are getting 3rd time , I don't know why they didn't give me the chance, and the only manager compulsed me to resign with out my intention and interest, he told very compulsory and strictly to did resign. to clear assessment ,the rest of the two peoples who is had been with me in same team, those had got help from trainer ,I am the only person . didn't get any such kind of help or support.from trainer. During training , I had complained to manager some issues regarding training ..so I am thinking it's related ego of manager. If it was so, he , manager has taken single man decision to terminate because of this ego.
