I am planning to start a labour supplier firm for unskilled, semi and skilled labour's. They will be engaged and paid on daily basis demand. I am not sure if I could get them 5 days engagement or more than a month engagement. In such scenarios, should I be liable for their PF and esic. They are not going to be my full time employees. Sometimes they may earn good monthly salary if they are engaged for a month and sometimes they may be engaged for 5 days a month... How do PF be deducted for these kinds.
