My full and final will settel or not? And what can challenges face to next company if show this experience.

What was your designation in the company?
Company should have followed principle of natural justice. They should have conducted a domestic enquiry and proved your indiscipline + low performance. Since the same was not carried out, the action of your company is illegal and can be challenged.
Initially you write to company or e-mail insisting your F&F settlement by registered post ack due.
Give them a reasonable time. If the company has not responded, you consult a good lawyer and
send a lawyer notice to the company.
