I have been terminated in June 23, 2020. And they allegations on me indicipline as well as performance. But I tell you from my side my performance was not good. In decipline company decided one way and taking deciplinary action as well as performance. So what should I do?
My full and final will settel or not? And what can challenges face to next company if show this experience.
Can I go for labour court for this?
