I was working with XXX for the last one year. During this COVID-19 pandemic I was provided with a desktop. I was having medical emergencies so I asked my lead to provide me a laptop so that I can do my work from there because as per my lead I was not allowed to move the assigned desktop to any other city.
He told me if you want to go then you have to mark this as vacation and not allowed to work.
So as it was very urgent I left for my hometown and I was stuck there due to lockdown. So for 2 months, I haven't received any salary as I was charging vacation.
I requested my HR my manager, many times to provide me a laptop but they refused. Suddenly one day I received an email that I am being rolled of from my project.
I completed all the roll off formalities and after completing all those things after 15 days, I received a call from my HR that I have to provide resignation as there are no opportunities for me in XXX.
I asked her to provide all these details in the mail but she refused to do so and suddenly she sent me a termination letter from XXX, which stated that I wouldn't be getting an experience letter. I contacted her again she told me if I will send an email for resignation then only I will be getting any experience letter so she asked me again to provide an email for resignation then only she will covert the termination letter into a separation letter.
I need help, I don't know the reason why they did this with me during this time of the pandemic. I tried to contact many higher authorities in XXX but nobody helped me.
