Even though I was decently performed in my job during this COVID pandemic period i was forcefully given pip by the hr with the recommendation of my manager. Earlier two days back my manager used unparliamentary language on me. Then next second day i got a call from HR that I will receive pip notice. It was not the month-end that time it was the middle of the month there are ten days to complete the target. I asked my last one-year performance ratings wth the hr she said she will send but never received.

I was not given my performance rating I know i have performed better' then my team counterparts. I am receiving incentives on everything month. I was asked forcefully to accept the pip with one-month pip notice, with the unachievable target in pip letter which combined three branches cannot achieve. I am very clear that the manager has forced the hr to give pip for me. What will I do now? Even HR knows the target set in the pip is unachievable. I myself know it cannot achievable. what will happen after the pip period of 30 days?
