I switched from an Organization to a Partnership Firm. I could not do my PF transfer.
Before I could do the PF transfer, I had to quit the job in around 7 -8 months. The partnership firm converted to a pvt ltd company during /around my exit.
Can you please suggest how safe are my funds and how can I legally transfer them so that I can do withdrawals.

Switching from one company to another is immaterial. The money of yours ly with EPFO and it is safe. With form no.13 you can transfer your PF. Try to obtain a scheme certificate from PF authorities to ensure your continuity of services for availing pension.
