I am IT professional with Total experience of almost 4 years in one of most reputed IT seevice based firm.
My Organization sent me Show Cause Notice for not joining forcefully allocated project which I have rejected citing reason like I have confirmation from other project and would like join this and they are ready to onboard me. But RMG was not supporting me and HR was forcing me to work for this forcefully allocated project.
I have reverted on Show Cause Notice within 2 hours and looping around higher management as well.
Actually, GL has been personally targeting me as I have escalated against him for bad behavior as he was forced me to work in two projects parallelly.
Now, on 23rd Dec. I have decided to join this forcefully allocated project as I didn't have any other options. Now, HR discussed that I have to go future Loss of Pay i.e for Jan. And Feb. I don't get paid as I didn't deliver in Nov. and Dec.
First thing, how I will survive for 2 months without salary and have to deliver as well.
Is future Loss of Pay is legal ?
Sexing thing, Let's in future I resign, would they terminate me although I have joined project ?
Although in these 2 months I have communicated with HR, RMG, new Project management,forcefully allocated project management to sort out my issues. But nothing happened.
