Hi, My client is small manufacturing set up with 20 employees, Mumbai. I would like to know which all leaves Like PL, CL, SL are applicable? Under which law are they applicable? I am aware that 18 Earned leaves are applicable under the Factories act; but not sure of the applicability of Casual leave and Sick leave(I think No Provision). I got very varied opinions so thought of asking here. Thanks & Regards
