In a fatal accident in the factory, both Occupier and Factory Manager were prosecuted. The case had been filed well within the time by the factory inspectorate but summons have been issued to the accused after 5 years of the filing of the case. Now whereabouts of the factory Manager is not and summon could not be served to him but Occupier has received the summons.
How the fate of this case will be decided in absence of the Factory Manager.
