This is the first unique case referred to me in my 32 years of career and need your guidance.
Sales Head, who is getting a CTC of 50 lacs resigned from the services of the Company which was accepted by the Management agreeing to the relieving date of 1st July, 2022 after completion of three months notice period. Management also have taken his replacement.
In the meantime, the Sales Head submitted a request to the Management for withdrawing the resignation which was denied being already accepted and replacement taken.
The Sales Head went to civil court and the court has passed to maintain status quo on 20th June, 22.
Under the circumstanced, please suggest remedy available before the Management. What to do after 1st July, 22.l
