We have a trade union election on the 24 of march. After almost one-month ex-General secretary was not ready to hand over the charge, or documents. We had requested through the mail but the result was a failure. Now he is asking in Mail
"Kindly submit a resolution signed by all the so-elected representatives( as declared by the election officials) authorizing you to collect the above documents. We have already submitted a dispute to trade union registrar's office.
Please advice 1) is it necessary to provide a resolution of the elected committee to take over the charge?
2) Can I directly change the bank signature authority with the election result?
