Hello Guys!

I am new here. Actually I work a reputed entity and wanted to know more about my legal rights.I am new in my corporation and I am still on probation with no paid leaves but I am having a benefit of group health insurance. I am not eligible for ESIC, today while travelling from my workplace to my ca's office but while I was travelling I met with an accident and broke my leg and now I have a plaster for 6 weeks after doing some tests too which cost me around 15-20k and I need to take complete bed rest for at least 7-10 days. So I wanted to know weather I can ask my organization to pay for my medical bills as plaster and reports are not covered in insurance policy and I don't have a paid leave so lossing almost 1/3rd salary will be a bit tough. So am I legally eligible to claim the medical reimbursement and paid leave? Thanks in advance for your suggestion
