One of our employee met with accident in sept.2020. He is in coma stage since sept 202o .Management offered a special leave which was over in August 2022. Now he is not able to join duty. Premature retirement on medial base required signature of employee but in this case employee is not able to sign the form. His wife or daughter or both ask for his premature retirement is legally valid or not ? is there any provision in low that his wife may ask his retirement on medical basis ?
