Dear Members, I am HR Head of a company. One of the employees of the company has left the organisation without honouring the terms & conditions employment. On further investigation it is revealed that the person has joined the rival company and submitted required document in the letter head of the company with forge signature of one of the directors.
We want to initiate legal action against the person. Request advise how legal action can be initiated. If possible request send draft legal letter also. 13th August 2009 From India
