An employee drawing basic salary Rs.3700/- per month is eligible for bonus as follows :-
3500 X 12 X Bonus Rate.
If due to absence in every month, his payment is deducted but is above Rs.3500/-, then will the calculation of Bonus be the same as above or after deduction due to absence proportionately from Rs.3500/-.
Also, would appreciate rulings, if any, in support .

Is there anybody who can help me? I am working with MNC and they are following performance pay structure where as my basic is defined. they are paying bonus on performance, and criteria is if we achieve 130% of targets then we are eligible to get minimum bonus. Is there any rule regarding performance based bonus if so then what it is?
