Dear ALL , I request you all to let me know -Is employer bound to furnish information of Natural death of an employee at Factory premises ? Thanks ALOK MOROLIYA
From India , Jaipur
When a death happens in a factory premises, body has to be sent to Post Mortem and if as per report, it is a natural death it is not necessary to inform the inspector of factories.
However, it is must to go for post mortem and have a record that death is natural. Otherwise, in case of allegation there will be no proof and management can be taken for ride by both union and Govt Agencies.
