I am told that a contract labour is entitled for leave (with wages) as below,
Sundays 52 nos in a year
national Holidays 3 in a year
casual leave 10 in a year
eligible leave 30 in a year
second saturdays 12 in a year
total 107 days.
Is it correct. Please enlighten me and also mention the Rule.

The Weekly off and Earned Leave is applicable to Contract Labourers as per the coverage of Factories Act, 1948, Mines Act, 1952 or Shops and Establishment Act, as the case may be. The liablity is solely on the Contractor to Pay. If it is Labour Supply, PE may have to make payment for EL.
