Hi Every One,
I am working for a Management consultant firm whose business operations are outsourcing and provider of Temp Staffing on contractual period for one year.
Kindly guide me on the obligation of Contractor right from the scratch under the relevant act and also mention us the records and registers to be kept.
I shall be thankful for Your early response to my queries as referred above as I do not have exposure to the contractual procedures.
Regards

The obligation starts from the registration of the contractor to maintenance of registers and records, filing of periodical returns and observing the service conditions of employees including payment of wages, granting of leave, and providing them the facilities of health, welfare and safety.
