the answer is when you will join new organization they will alot you new pf no and you can transfer your old pf's ammount to new one.

No Not possible but we can transfer our contribution one company to another. It is very useful to us to considering as continues member of EPF and the service will be counted for eligible for pension . EPF authorities trying to adopt The unique no. for EPF subscribers it may take some time .
