Dear Nitesh Kumar
Your query is not clear, in extant to i can understand that, you were working with any company and applied for day leave but the company refuse to give and you have permanently resigned from the company without any notice, if it is true then you can do:
please specify the followings:
have u received any salary slip containing PF deduction?
have you know your PF Account No.?
Can u get the PF account no. from your company?
first of all you have to get the PF Account No., if u can not do so then you have to visit your PF Circle Office to get the required information.
Legality is:
Firstly you can apply for withdraw of PF Amount from the company on application addressed to Finance Manager. The finance Manager will help you.
Your company has no right to stop u to get your PF amount.
If they are not helping you then you will demand the PF Account No.
If they do not do so then you will go to circle Office and get the information from them.
Once you get the account no. you can continue with that account no and this account no. will automatically attached with your new employer

Dear Nitesh Kumar
I am agree with Hamant Sir,after above information collect than fill form 19 & 10C for withdrawal for PF accumulation, If employer's not verified your form, than than fill above form & attested by any gageted officer, batter from bank manager than submitted PF office with earlier form filled by you, your PF settlement is OK.
